How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

You can usually expect shipping the day after you place your order. Orders placed by 10 a.m. are often shipped the same day.

We depend on DHL for the speed of delivery. However, you can expect your order to reach you within 1-2 days in Germany and within 2-4 days in the rest of Europe.

Can I have my package sent to a DHL Packstation?

Yes, that is possible. To do this, enter “Packstation XXX” in the address field 1. Enter your DHL number in the second address field.

Why is my favorite product sold out?

We are a young company and very keen on sustainable growth. In order to guarantee first-class quality, we are currently only producing small quantities. It may therefore happen that your “favorite” of our products is already sold out. We would be happy if you contacted us at service@nordlichtIf you send store.com a message and tell us which of the sold-out products is your favorite - then we can also tell you when it is expected to be available again.

How can I change my shipping address?

Please write us a short email with the new address to service@ as quickly as possible.nordlichtstore.com. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can easily change your address.

How can I pay?

We try to make paying as easy and safe as possible for you. You can currently pay with Paypal, purchase on account, instant transfer, credit card, direct debit or by bank transfer/advance payment. You can find all the details on the Payment & Shipping page.

Can I order as a guest?

Yes, you can simply enter your address & payment information. You don't need to open a customer account.

How do I redeem a coupon?

You can redeem vouchers on the shopping cart page.
Click on “Add voucher” and enter your voucher code. Then click on “Apply voucher”. Your shopping cart total will now be displayed taking your voucher into account.
Different voucher codes cannot be combined.

The payment didn't work out. What now?

With customer account:

Log in and under “Orders” you can easily start the payment process again.

Without a customer account:

If your payment didn't work out, you have two options. Register by email to service@nordlichtstore.com with us briefly. We will send you the invoice and you simply pay by bank transfer. Or you can simply order again. The unpaid order will then be automatically canceled.

How do returns work?

When will I receive the refund?

As soon as your return has been received, we will process your package as quickly as possible. This can take up to 14 working days. You will then automatically receive your money back. To speed up processing, mark on the delivery note whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you have any questions, send us an email with your tracking number.

My Nordlicht Product looks slightly different than in the product images in the online shop, is that a mistake?

Leather is a high-quality natural product. Irregularities in color and structure are due to the natural nature of the leather and are a typical sign of quality and authenticity. Your Nordlicht The product is therefore truly unique! Therefore, your piece may differ slightly from the product photos on our website. However, you can assume that as part of our quality assurance process we ensure that these deviations are only small.

What if there is something wrong with my order?
